I just couldn't wait to share these gorgeous engagement photos with you guys! This was my first session in three months (thanks, COVID). THREE MONTHS. That's why I was thrilled when Paityn reached out to me to take their engagement photos last weekend. Paityn was in town visiting for the long Memorial Day weekend, and this was (possibly) the last time they would see each other before Jake's deployment. So, having engagement photos done right away was a must, and I was so glad to be able to capture this sweet time for this beautiful couple.
I'd never done a shoot in Ocean Springs before, so I was excited about shooting in a new location. I shifted through Instagram and Google maps to find some locations and came across this park with the most perfect looking gazebo. I knew that Paityn + Jake wanted beach photos as well, so we ended the session playing around on the beach at sunset. It was absolute perfection, and I couldn't have asked for a better way to get back into shooting sessions.
